No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 90 days prior to the scheduled event.
Registration may be transferred to another person if requested in writing by email to practitionersupport@desbio.com by the original registrant at least 30 business days before the event. No substitution is allowed within the last 30 days before the event.
